Pineapple Prosecco Pizzazz

Start 2023 with a little pizzazz!


This cocktail is refreshing, vivacious and full of style. Our fresh frozen pineapple-basil slush melts gradually into the sparkling prosecco transforming the drink as it is being sipped - making it the perfect drink to transition us in to the New Year.


Refreshing, light, and easy to make! Your guests will love the fun and special quality of this delicious drink as you cheers in to the new year!

Ingredients

6 Servings | Duration: Prep - 5 mins, Freezing Time - 3 hours

  • Frozen Pineapple

  • Fresh Basil

  • Pineapple Juice

  • Prosecco or Champagne

Method

  1. Add 10-15 chunks of frozen pineapple, 4-5 leaves of Basil and a splash of pineapple juice to a blender

  2. Blend until it is smooth and slushy

  3. Pour into a wine glass or champagne flute. Tilt and shake the slush to create an angle in the glass.

  4. Freeze the slush at an angle. If you don't have a rack in your freezer your can use a tray or .

  5. Pour in Prosecco or champagne of your choice to the top of the glass.

  6. Garnish and Enjoy!


Notes & Alternative Options:

  • Use soda water instead of prosecco to make a deliciously sparkling alcohol-free version
