Add 1/4 cup of tea leaves (or equivalent tea bags) to 1 cup of boiling water.
Cover and let steep for up to 10 minutes. You should end up with a deep, rich magenta colour and be able smell the strong floral aroma when it is done.
Strain the liquid out from the tea leaves.
Mix 1 cup of HOT Hibiscus Tea with 1 cup of White Sugar - Stir vigorously to avoid any clumps or crystallization in the syrup.
Place the syrup in the fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes.
2. While the syrup is cooling, put your martini glasses in the freezer to chill - Cool for at least 15 minutes, until they appear frosted*
*This step is optional but encouraged as it provides visual effect and ensures that drinks remain crisp

and cool while they're sipped.

Remove the Martini glass from the freezer and strain the shaker mix into the frosted glass.
Make a twist of orange peel.
Garnish and Enjoy!
