Erica is a dynamic and driven Events Professional bringing over 14 years of multifaceted experience to the table. She has played a pivotal role in the planning and execution of a variety of events in Canada and in Europe. 

 

Founding EMM Creative Arts Co in 2020 and EMM Gallery Inc in 2023, Erica is  passionate creator with a proven track record for generating and building relationships, managing projects wholeheartedly from concept to completion and a knack for getting things done - on time and within budget. 

 

Carrying a robust background in hospitality, Erica brings this experience and client-first attitude to every project. Never afraid to go the extra mile to get the desired results with a conscious effort to be proactive in planning while maintaining authenticity and transparency at every step. Erica prides herself on being a dependable and organized professional with a can-do approach to challenges, encouraging new ideas and welcoming the exploration of a variety of skill sets in order to foster creativity and camaraderie within every project.

 

She strives to spearhead positive, impactful experiences and unforgettable memories. Often appreciated by co-workers, suppliers and clients for a positive, outgoing and solution-based attitude, strong communication skills, creative ideas, and a tireless work ethic.  Erica is looking forward to contributing to more unique and creative projects as well as expanding her portfolio globally.

In addition to planning, Erica is an Artist & Creative Director. She enjoys creating vibrantly-coloured abstracts with a focus on natural forms & contemporary subject matter.
